The Severina is the newest incarnation of the contour corset belt, featuring lacing at the center front and center back. The cupped paniers exaggerate the look of the natural hip. The height of this waspie belt suits a wide variety body shapes and torso lengths. Lightly boned, in smooth black linen.

The shape was inspired partly by the New Look silhouette of the 1940's and also by the stays worn during the Elizabethan era, which exaggerated the hip.
