The superbly robust Mil-spec aluminium enclosure carries an IP rating of IPX8 meaning it has been tested to be continually submerged in 6ft of water for up to 30 minutes without issue as well as being tested to 1.5m in repeated drop testing.

There are 4 brightness levels in white mode and two brightness levels in red LED with two flash modes. The light head can be smoothly rotated up to 30° up and 80° down and the constant beam technology ensures that you don't experience any flicker as is so common with PWM circuits, even in the lowest brightness settings.

You can use the included 14500 rechargeable battery or run CR123A hard batteries to withstand extreme cold environments, or you can run any AA-sized Alkaline or MiMh rechargeable. The default battery is 1x 14500 800mAh capacity cell, able to last 1.5 hours on the main white light under max brightness and up to 45 hours on the low power mode. Max runtime for red light is up to 23 hours under low power constant mode and 1 hour under 105 lumen max brightness mode.

The comfortable elastic strap is adjustable and provides a silicon sweat diverting band for comfortable use and reflective elements better night visibility.
