The cinnamon liqueur conveys the typical Franzbrötchen aromas with a velvety-soft texture. Cinnamon is a must on any real Franzbrötchen, but caramelized sugar, butter, dough aromas and a hint of vanilla can also be clearly tasted. In fact, as with every good recipe, there are one or two secret ingredients here that round off the world's first Franzbrötchen liqueur!

Shelf life: Franzi Franzbrötchen liqueur has no specific best-before date and cannot go bad due to the alcohol content. Franzi does not even need to be kept in the fridge for this to happen. However, storing it in a cool, dark place always helps to preserve the taste and colour for as long as possible.

Color: Since we do not want to use artificial coloring, the color of Franzi may change slightly over the course of the months. This can happen, for example, when exposed to direct light or high temperatures. However, a change in color has no effect on the taste and certainly not on the edibility of Franzi. Storing Franzi in a dark and cool place will preserve its color for the longest time, but Franzi will not go bad even if opened and unrefrigerated.
